Leadership
Rebecca Bell
Director
I have a passion for working in the early childhood profession knowing what an incredible impact I can have on their lives. I began working as a preschool teacher with 3-year-olds and did that for 4 years prior to becoming a Director. I have been a director now for 17 years and here at South Fellowship ELC for 9 of those director years. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Human Services and my associates degree in Early Childhood Education.
I grew up in Minnesota and moved to Colorado as a young adult and have lived in Colorado for almost 40 years. I have 2 boys – one in Colorado and one in Missouri, with 2 grandchildren so I love to take long weekend getaways to spend time with my grandchildren. Some of my hobbies and interests include hiking, biking, reading, crafting and traveling.
Magda William
Assistant Director
I’ve been teaching for over 10 years across various age groups and educational settings. Along the way, I earned my Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, which deepened my understanding of child development and strengthened my passion for teaching. With this knowledge and experience, I feel ready to take the next step in my career: becoming an Assistant Director. In this role, I hope to support and empower our educators as we work together to nurture and shape the future of our society. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, especially exploring the outdoors together.
Susan Preston
Administrative Assistant
I’m the Administrative Assistant here at South Fellowship ELC. I was born and raised in San Jose, Ca. I visited Colorado and fell in love with our beautiful state and promptly moved here. I have a boy and a girl that attend the Cherry Creek School system. I’m a Gymnastics and Archery Mom. When I get a chance for myself, I love to go antiquing.
Infant Teachers
Miss Lisa
My name is Lisa, and I am a teacher in the Infant room as well as the Infant Nursery Supervisor. Although I actually have degrees in the physical sciences, I have had several courses and trainings in early childhood education along with much experience in the classrooms. In my spare time, I like to visit museums and parks, watch movies, and play games with my family. I look forward to meeting you and helping your children learn and grow on their way to becoming a tiny toddler!
Miss Betty
I have been in ECE since 2019. I am also an infant nursery supervisor. I love Colorado for its four seasons and beautiful mountains. My favorite things are fall, football, and sweets. I am very excited to see what new adventures we can have!
Infant 2 Teachers
Miss Kristy
I love working in the infant room. Babies are little miracles, and I enjoy watching them grow and develop. I have been a teacher in both elementary schools and early learning centers. I have fun spending time with my daughters, son-in-law, and pets. Reading, spending time outdoors, gardening, and occasional glassblowing are some of the things that I enjoy.
Waddler Teachers
Miss Jill
My name is Jill and I am the Waddlers Teacher. I have worked here for seven years. I have also worked in early childhood off and on for over 35 years. In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my family and my pets. I also love baking lots of yummy treats and reading mysteries.
Miss Ari
I’m so excited to be a part of your child’s learning journey here at South Fellowship ELC. I come with over 6 years of experience in both early childhood and special education settings, along with being a ministry team lead for my church’s children’s ministry. I believe it takes a village to raise a child and I’m honored to be a part of yours. I married my high school sweetheart and we’re proud parents of identical twin girls, who you may find running around the ELC. I love spending time with my family, reading, baking and all things cozy!

I am a float teacher in the Waddler and Tiny Tots Classrooms. I really love watching the kids grow and learn new things everyday! When I’m not working you’ll find me hanging out with my dogs and doing things outside with my friends.

Welcome to Tiny Tots! My name is Michele and I’ve been teaching here for 8 years. I love hiking, fishing and football. I’m a proud and blessed mother of 3 grown boys!
Miss Vanessa
I attended Bible college and earned a Bachelors in Child and Family Ministries. I have been working with young kids in churches and in preschool for 4 years now. When I am not working I am enjoying time with my husband, and our three kids.

Miss Cassidy
I have been working in Early Childhood education for 6 years and I love building relationships with my students and their families. I am married to my husband and we have one son. When I am not working I love spending time with them, our dog Hank, and cats, Cookie and Boo. I also love to keep my hands busy and really enjoy baking, crafting, hiking and I am passionate about good coffee.
Miss Ella
I have a heart for young children, coming alongside and helping them to learn and grow into who they are. I have been working in the childcare field since 2018. When I am not in the classroom you can find me playing with my black Labrador or painting in the mountains.

Miss Alex
My name is Ms. Alex and I’m so excited to be working in the EPS 2 classroom. I am a native Coloradan, born and raised in Littleton. In my spare time, I love to read and watch movies. I also like to draw and go hiking.
Miss Kristin
I have been working in early childhood education for almost 2 years now. I’m so excited to be working between both EPS and EPS 2. The 2-3 year age group is my favorite age to work with. I love watching kids grow and find their own personalities. I have two daughters of my own, a 14 year old and an almost 3 year old. Outside of teaching I love spending time with my family and going on adventures.

Miss Vinnie
I have been working as a teacher for 2 years now. I was also a volunteer childcare provider for my church in my hometown and I worked as a gymnastics coach! I have lived in Colorado for 3 years now. I like to go to the mountains, draw, go thrifting, and play the ukulele. I was born in Oklahoma but I’ve also lived in several other states before this. Out of every place I’ve lived, Colorado is by far my favorite. I am so thankful to live here and have the opportunity to teach these incredible kiddos!

I am excited to be working with you and your kiddos! I have close to 20 years teaching experience in Early Childhood Education. I have an ECE Teaching certificate and am also a large center director qualified. I have worked with infants through school age children and love working with the 4- and 5-year-old kiddos! I am a proud Mama of four beautiful children. I love living here in Colorado!
Miss Bodhini
My name is Bodhini. I have 2 wonderful kids, a 22 yr. old daughter and a 20 yr. old son. I have 3 yrs. experience in daycare. I have always enjoyed working with children, so I started working in daycare after becoming an empty nester. One thing I love about working in daycare is the connection that you form with the children after seeing them every day! I look forward to working with your children and having you join our ELC family!

Miss Barbara
I have been a Preschool Teacher for over 20 years. I taught in a School District program in California where I am from and private programs in Colorado.
Miss Caley
I love to cook! Making new dishes and trying new flavors has always been a passion of mine. Making food for the kids makes me happy and it lights up my day when I hear how excited they are for lunch. Outside of work I do art, I’m always creating whether it’s paint, clay, or even baked goods. I also love hiking and being outside in nature, going to see music, and traveling to see new places.
