We understand the importance of a child’s earliest experiences. Our infant room is designed to provide a warm, intimate setting that supports the nurturing and care needs for each individual child. Our teachers work with you to understand your child’s schedule and support the importance of family relationships. It features a safe, friendly environment that provides enriching and age appropriate learning opportunities.

In the infant room, babies are provided with supervised tummy time activities to promote muscle strength to encourage head lifting, reaching, crawling, pulling up, and walking. The teachers utilize baby sign language to help establish more opportunities for communication. Our teachers develop weekly lesson plans that align with our Creative Curriculum and focus on routines and experiences which gives the babies an opportunity to learn through play. This is accomplished through singing songs, reading books, and engaging in environmental activities such as peek-a-boo or stacking blocks.

We know it can be difficult to be away from your infant, therefore we document and provide a daily report that reflects your child’s care needs for that day. We look forward to partnering with you to assist in this first stage of your child’s education!
